All participants of ASGL must obey to the following rules: After registration, the participant agrees to having read and understood the terms and conditions,as well as accept and obey to them. ASGL retains the right to alterations,adaption or extention to any or the entire content of the regulations. Major alterations will be announced as News or by email.
All participants are expected and encouraged to show respecting behaviour to each other. Disrespectful behaviour will not be tolerated and ASGL retains the right to caution or ban the specific player to stop inappropriate behaviour. Major neglect of this rule may lead to indefinite exclusion from the team.
Every player commits to owning and using a legal copy of the game. If a player uses a fraud copy, ban and exclusion will follow immediately. Whenever an updated version of a game is published, this version is to be used unless otherwise stated.
All specifically directed correspondence (protest-supporttickets and administration emails) are strictly confidential between sender and recipient. Publication of any of these may only be done with the consent of ASGL.
Any form of cheating will not be tolerated. ASGL also retains the right to block or ban known offenders from other leagues if proof is existent. Any publication or trade of cheating tools (e.g. links, programs etc) on the ASGL platform is strictly forbidden and offenders will be prosecuted.
Excluded are all forms of programs, modifications and costumed data that have not been provided by the original game distributor, unless the alteration has officially been permitted by the games regulations.
ASGL requires each registering player to be at least 6 years old and only one account per person may be opened. The following information must be provided for a player to compete at a ladder, league or cup: contact details (Steam, Discord or ASGL message), current email-address The nationality flag should represent the players origin while the location flag should show the players current place of residence. Penalty points or bans will be issued to players with multiple accounts or to those who provide incorrect details.
Usernames and URL aliases may be changed by Allstars Gaming League if they conflict with any of the following points: use of copyright protected names of third parties without specific written permission similar appearance of trademarks even if they are not copyright protected celebrities that may be connected to any brand names that originate from Allstars Gaming League names of Allstars Gaming League staff or similar names that are impossible to understand or pronounce
Moreover usernames including any inappropriate content such as vulgar, obscene, racist, ethnically offensive, defamatory, disparaging or otherwise offensive words are not allowed. The name listed on the players ID may be used only if it is the players genuine name.
Any form of avoiding the above regulations (e.g. spelling or alternative words) are not tolerated. The above rules also apply to team names.
Any picture (graphically designed or photographic) may be used provided it is not copyright protected through another party. Images depicting weapons, violence, nudity or scenes of sedition are strictly prohibited.
For a clan to be permitted to play at the ASGL, the following criteria must be possessed: name of clan abbreviation of clan contact details (Steam, Origin-ID etc.) representational logo (200 x 200 pixels) homepage of clan
We retain the right to treat clan names, abbreviations and logos of known clans as copyright protected. Names that relate directly to a copyright protected trademark will be deleted from ASGL immediately. Moreover, clan names must apply to the regulations listed. Contact details of the player/team must be given via Steam and/or Origin-ID etc. The clans logo may not contain any inappropriate content as listed. The homepage must be updated and must list all current players of the clan. "Single-page-homepages" and pre-pages are not accepted by the ASGL.
If a clan should decide to open a new account to avoid penalty points on a previous account, the penalty points will be transferred. An additional 2 penalty points will be issued for this action. We also reserve the right to delete the previous account without warning.
Every player may only be represented once during a match. Players in a premium-required game are required to compete if their status states this. Every player that competes at a ladder, league or cup must be listed on the clans homepage and as part of the team on the ASGL system.
The name of a clan may be changed by the members, especially during a time of restructuring.. During this process all points and awards will not be effected. Regular or suspicious name changes will be treated as an attempt of deception and may be issued with penalty points.
Clans ay collaborate with each other. It is essential to inform ASGL of the account that will stay active. If both clans are in the same league, the inactive account will be deactivated by ASGL or, if requested, deleted.
Every clan may provide multiple squads for a league. This does not include premium league games. Matches were two squads (e.g.squad A and squad [B)] from the same clan compete are not allowed. During the ASGL premium league only one squad may qualify.
The clan account belongs to the player who registered the team onto the ASGL system. If a clan qualifies for a premium league of ASGL while the qualified squad is in the process of change, it may elect a different squad to compete. The clan will remain in its fixed position.
Should a player or clan ignore any regulations, penalties will be issued. The ASGL therefore lists a penalty schedule where each disregard is listed with the respective penalty. It can be compared to the driving licence penalty point system. Should a player disregard any rules, penalty points will be given to him or the clan, depending on the administrators decision. A maximum of 6 points can be issued per match per player or team. Depending on the gravity of the disregard, the schedule and results of the match might be deleted.
The following prohibitions will be issued if the player reaches a point limit: 3 penalty points-2 week prohibition 5 penalty points-4 week prohibition 8 penalty points-6 week prohibition 12 penalty points-24 week prohibition
prohibitions of the team: 5 penalty points-2 week ladder and cup prohibition 8 penalty points- 4 week ladder,cup, league and competition prohibition 13 penalty points- 6 week prohibition of any actions 18 penalty points-8 week prohibition of any actions During time of prohibition all schedules matches will be deleted and no new matches can be accepted. If a player received a prohibition he may not take part in team games. Only exception o this is schedules 2on2 matches. Only schedules matches may be played. Prohibition will be lifted during the nighttime and no specific time will be given. Player can resume his matches the next day. This can be viewed through the blocked-icon next to the team or player profile.
After a period of time the prohibition of teams, clans and players will be cleared as followed: Player: 1-2 penalty points - 1 month 3-6 penalty points - 2 months 5-7 penalty points - 3 months 8-11 penalty points-6 months above 12 penalty points - 24 months
It is expected by each player to be polite and respectful towards his opponent. Any disregard to this will be issued with penalty points depending on its extent. In specific cases an administrator will issue the penalty points depending on its judgment.
All forms of insults will not be tolerated during an ASGL match or on the ASGL system. These include: Ingame chat messages guestbooks match or news comments matchchat support and report questionnaires ASGL messenger ASGL will not be responsible for any form of insult through other forms of communication (steam, Teamspeak etc). Disregard may lead to warnings and, depending on the repetition and extent, 1-3 penalty point can be issued. Additionally a player be be banned for 2 weeks.
Racist, politically extreme or threats of violence can lead to the account being deleted. Members who have been victim to these comments should contact the ASGL.
If the opponent does not appear at the confirmed deadline (+10 minutes), must be create a screenshot of the server browser and the time of the ASGL web side . In addition, a protest ticket is to be opened in which the facts are to be described. The missing team will receive penalty points and the match will be canceled.
Should problems arise during a match, a protest is to be opened. In this protest the state of affairs must be clarified and, if necessary, screenshots or demos must be enclosed. Protests are to be reported within 24 hours after a Match. After expiry of this period, further offenses will be not punished. Excluded from this are only matches which are canceled retrospectively due to fraud. Every content of the protest is subject to secrecy and don't be published.
